If you're not already a member of McHenry Area Chess, we encourage you to join us. There is no fee to be a member of McHenry Area Chess. Benefits of membership are our monthly newsletter, which is free if you receive it by email (we are forced to request $10 per year to cover printing and postage expenses if you want us to send you a hard copy through the mail). Other membership benefits include the right to vote for the group's offices and to run for office. Members may also borrow books from our library and include their biographies on this page.
